yes you can. and there are several ways of doing it. i suggest you find a free webhosting service. those give you some space for your own use, depending on the service ranking from some hundred to some thousand mb usually i think (i've got 2500 mb, which is already quite a lot). you then have a place to upload your website, the address usually is yourusername.thewebhostingservice.co.uk/.com/.de/whatever. some of them also have a toolbox which you can use to build the site, on others you upload the whole page using ftp. the site itself can be created with webdevelopment languages like html or php, or with computer programs. what i use is simply word (in weblayout and then save what you did as htm-document).

niether the intro nor main are links so i can;t use them, the flame on the mouse is annoying and i think you shoudl have a little intro to make pl feel more comfortable. but otherwise nice.

Do you use firefox, iaa? If you do, get hold of the [url=https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/60]web developer extension[/url], and get aquainted with the options in the "tools" menu... They'll make you a much better web designer... Oh, and never [i]ever[/i] use tables for layouts

well [i]persoanlly[/i] I find the red thing at the top and the badground annoying but appart from that and the clear lack of anythingit seems nice. see I like sites like this one. the bdrop is nice, but not boring and the menus are all on the sides, easy to find and the interface is simple, no complex images or anything. but i think the little funnies were a nice touch
